Or, again, donate to your local Boy Scout / Girl Scout group to earn merit badges. Either way, you will have the satisfaction of helping others & be assured that your coins found a much appreciated new home, whose new "parents" will take good care of them. Or, one last thought, you could pass them down to your grandson/granddaughter, nephew, niece, etc. as family mementos / souvenirs. I think any of those suggestions would give your uncle pleasure. I know I saw a few I might bid on if they were in the lot. I think that is OK by forum rules and if it is not I'm sure someone will catch it and correct me.
