Hi! I was looking through some coins and noticed this one. I thought everyone might want to check it out and grade it, if you wish. (Personally, I like it...)

Thanks for looking!

The coin is very nice. Great detail on reverse. The Obverse has what looks like a few hits in the hair. Nice luster. MS64+. Here is a great web site http://www.pcgs.com/Photograde/# Not sure if you know of it.

my guess MS64 couple of hits on the bust bother me for the 65+ but I would be very happy to have that coin in my set

Heya Moe! Long time no chat! I'd give this one a 64, maybe if I was looking in hand those dings aren't so bad?

I'll say MS-65 I think the strength of the luster offsets the few minor marks on the obverse

I don't see anything that would preclude an MS-65 grade. The strike is very good but the coin falls just short of FS.

I can see this being 65, but I'm going with 64. Reverse has a distracting mark next to UNUM and above CENTS. Obverse has a few too many dings on it for 65 in my opinion. Is there also a ding on the cheek? Looks like there could be. Again, I can see this going 65 and MAYBE 66 (through NGC hehe), but I'd put it at 64 if I were putting it in my book.

I love the luster of War Nickels
