I'd say VG-8, Just a little more shield and LIBERTY detail and it'd be Fine.

Agree, VG-8. Obverse photo seems too brightly lit but the coin looks original and problem-free.

Boy My guess would be Very high G to very low VG.
Having coin in hand I probibly would go VG.
