Pretty sure that's a Wide AM. Looks like some grime between A & M.

The M is centered. Just a normal Wide AM for that year.

Does this year's date "not" touch when it is a narrow one? I thought they had to to be the high priced premium coin.

The location of the "M" is centered on the Wide AM's and closer to the A on the Close AM.

This year the reverses we Wide AM. On the 1993 They were all Close AM (even proof) There may have been a 93 reverse die used in 1992 making the Close AM cents. But very few found so far.
