Hello! I picked this 1843 Large Cent, Petite head, small letters out of a dealer bin the other day and was wondering what you folks thought on its grade? I am guessing that its either G or VG, but I have very little experience grading these and would appreciate any thoughts you folks had on the grade.

Thanks!
-XoG

It does have clean evan wear.
Obverse has typical VG wear for a Braided Hair. A little concerned about the amount of wear on the head band.
Reverse is VG

I always tend to regrade coins and if there is any discrepency I let the person know.
After looking at photograde I have to go with G-6.
This is why I collect certified coins because my grading lacks.
