I find these frequently in the junk foreign silver tubs I regularly paw through. Its numismatic value in average circulated condition at present market conditions is for its .900 silver content. However, buyers of silver bullion typically discount greatly, any non-USA silver coins because their silver content is inconsistent and they are time consuming and confusing to sort.
