Any idea why this coin sold for this low of a price?
Am I missing something...is it fake?...just a quirk?
I know it has rim issues and is well worn, but I figured something like that would be going for much more, I almost bid on it, but I thought I might be missing something (and I would rather buy from here or have a TPG coin to be a little safer).

Thanks for any insight.

NumisMedia has this listed for $288 in G4. The smudge mark on the Observe looks a little funny, either it was rubbed or chemical tested for silver. This is just my opinion, I have no experience or knowledge on this so I am interested in what the experts think.

Major reverse rim damage plus an old cleaning kills about 50% of the value.

I figured it was cleaned, but still even taking that into account, I would have thought it would fetch $150-175 or so.
