He's made hundreds if not thousands of them over the years. They are made by altering the 0 on a 1910 coin. But, the other five 1913 Liberty nickels are counterfeits too. So, maybe it is worth $125,000+ as long as it is not an altered date coin. I'd like to see some high resolution images of this coin.
