Is there a specific day or days when members are planning to meet in group. I Plan on going but not all five days.

I believe it's going too be a come and go type of get together. We can always pick a day, but someone will not be able to make it on that day.

Exactly. You might not meet certain members because of the schedules of members, but the table will always be maned and that's where most would congregate too I imagine ;-)
