I have an opportunity to buy a couple of old silver certificates at auction. I am far from being an expert. I was wondering what I should look for to make sure I'm not buying something that isn't what it appears to be. Any help would be truly appreciated.

Looks like a onepapa to me. Does it have the usual security featues like sharp printing and blue and red fibers?
