Lust is what's holding it back from anything beyond MS62 in my opinion. The coin definitely has the strike quality, but as we've all seen - PCGS only cares to a certain point about strike. There biggest thing is luster. What you see in the pictures is about the extent of the luster on the coin.

Me on the other hand, I care more about strike then bag marks. I'm a huge fan of gleaming luster, but this coin is exactly what I expected it to be. It will stay in my personal collection.
