well kinda. I went to a buddies house today so I can show him my new ace250. we tried it out in his yard and I showed him how to use it. his FIRST hole he hits pulls out a 1941-d merc dime! in AU condition! maybe even better!
i also pulled out a very beatin and scarred 1910 Wheat cent wish I would have been able to rescue it .
got 2 other wheats out of his yard but they are also FUBAR
but he gave me the merc dime and also said he might be getting a detector now.
Its funny because at first he laughed when I told him I got a MD bwahahaha
Guess you'll be having the last laugh now huh? Nice finds for the first time out.

The commoners always laugh at us MDer's so no worries. My wife and kids still laugh every time I go out, but are more than willing to relieve me of any good gold or silver jewelry that I may find. Funny how that works.
