I pulled the trigger last week and ordered my Saratoga P pucks given 1st day sales figures although I wanted to wait for the next CC billing cycle... Ah well, a month of porridge and beans on toast await me. I guess my hobby is my boss. ;)
I'd be in favor of capping the P pucks at 15k (limit of 3 per HH) and the bullion at maybe 50k. Aren't the former supposed to be numismatic and the latter bullion? It's more par at the moment - and not that I care...!

Quote: Uncirculated issues of the five-ounce coin were previously given a mintage limit of 30,000 pieces, while the Mint reported today that the bullion issue has sold 35,800 units. Should the Mint choose to do so, some of the allotted mintage for the Uncirculated coins can be transferred to bullion issues. http://mintnewsblog.com/2015/11/sal...start-today/It doesn't state how many reserved uncirculated(P)blanks can be transferred to the 5oz bullion coins is it possible for 50k (P) 15k bullions ?

If it's the latter, better place your order soon.

Glad y'all listened to me? Saratoga is now "unavailable." Wasn't even on sale for a week, sheesh.

Darn it! I got two but was waiting for a warning here if that was happening. Looks like they took us by surprise What was it like with blue ridge, did we see small offerings in the days or mornings that followed?

No Blue Ridge went to unavailable for about two weeks then was declared sold out. Looks like Saratoga following suit. I'd keep an eye on Bombay, that would be next to be targeted. Once they go to a 100 and under, word spreads quickly and they can disappear in under an hour.
