I know the 1999 silver proofs where much more popular than the Mint expected and command high premiums. Since then they seem to be running the presses all out. Report this Post to the Staff

The 2011 silver set is at 544,000, so it might actually be lower as well. So yep, it could happen. Report this Post to the Staff
Bizybackson Pillar of the Community United States 1817 Posts	Posted 01/20/2012 03:59 am The full 2010 silver set along with the silver quarter set amounted to 859,417 of each 2010 design sold. I am hoping that this series takes off at some point, and with the great designs coming out, that is sure to help the cause along. They might someday have a premium like the '99s for the State Quarters, even though the '99 silver quarters aren't particularly scarce or rare. It's a marketing perception. However, the ATB silver proofs are not that likely to hit 1M with higher silver prices and lower demand. Report this Post to the Staff
clairhardesty Pillar of the Community United States 1027 Posts	Posted 01/21/2012 9:12 pm Here are photos of my set. I user a diffused flash to get better images of the satin areas. I am very pleased with these coins, especially the obverse, which shows far more detail than in previous years. I too hope that the 5oz coins are produced in uncirculated finish (as well as bullion), these are the best reverses so far and all should look good when enlarged. Report this Post to the Staff
