I have some oreintal coins, I was learning how to count in Japanese, and doing pretty well... then I came across a Korean Coin 5 Fun. Can someone help me with the year of this coin ?

I don't know the exact date, but a Korea 5 Fun was minted 1893-1896

Yi Hyong, year 501 (1892) KM 1107

I checked this in Numista, but they only show the 5 fun starting in 502, and this is definitely year 501.

Year 501 = AD 1892

Wow, it was almost a trio! I don't know about Numista but the Krause shows 501, and I agree, it is definitely year 501.
