Very nice looking. Tough by the pics. but most likely in the choice unc. range. Maybe even Gem. Many of these were minted and a lot of people hoarded them so there are still a lot around in nice MS condition. I still have OBW rolls from the bank when I was a kid. Too bad but they do not fetch a big premium. Not worth paying for a slab. Check around and see what a MS-70 is selling for. That grade may be worthwhile. But a 70 is tough to grade on your own unless you know how. Cannot have a mark on it etc. You can pick up mint and proof sets for a decent price still. Cherry pick those for a nice coin.
I'm not sure of the grade but I think it would be unlikely that your coin would grade high enough to make it worth grading. To grade 66 or 67 the coin should look almost mark free even under a magnifier and have good cartwheel luster.
Thanks for the feedback guys! My only concern is that I'm pretty sure the coin has been in an airtight case since minted (maybe even from the mint) , and doesn't appear to have any marks from the eye and under a 10X loupe. I don't know, I am thinking about taking it to a local dealer and get his opinion up close.
