6 SBAs this weekend. $4 at a dollar store, $1 at Oriely for a brake line and $1 at KFC. The girl at KFC looked at it like it was from the planet Kryon for about 30 seconds then dropped it in the drawer.
Lets see.. thats

$98,862.

Let see. Over the past few days I dropped one dollar coin in a collection bucket, spent 1 at the golf course, 1 at the drug store, and 2 at the grocery store, plus 1 half dollar.

On my last trip to the grocery store a few hours ago, I handed the cashier 2 $2 bills, 1 dollar coin, 1 half dollar, and 1 quarter for a $5.69 purchase. The young man had no idea what I handed him. He stared at it for a while before someone else told him what the total was. I love it!

5 total brings it to $99,838 to go.

Gave out six at work in the last couple of days and two just now to a guy with a homeless-veteran sign at the grocery store (those are so common around here it makes me sick--we can afford to round up Mexican fruit-sellers minding their own business, but not to take care of our vets?). The latter will probably end up at Taco Bell later tonight.

$98 830.

Handed out two last night at work. Also purchased seven to bring home with me (I'm trying to do the Presidential set without having to carry a list everywhere, and, you know, never know when you'll find one nicer in the drawer than what you got at home). Of those, it turned out I already had two copies of three and the SBA wasn't one I wanted, so those went in my "saving my pocket change for spending money on vacation" jar that'll get cracked in August.

For now, $98 781. More coming soon. (And what's our forecast date?)
