Found this in my penny roll. never seen it so what is it?Thought maybe something the mint gives out like a token? it is a zinc core like a modern cent same size as a regular cent.Not-A-Penny-So-What? Not-A-Penny-So-What? Not-A-Penny-So-What?

they are in the mint sets. They are a cent planchet with the designation of which mint they are from.

I also found one in circulation before worth about 5$ I think at least thats what they auction for on ebay.

Really you can get 5$ for these ? . thats news to me haha .

I gota start selling them off , I got a BUNCH of these things in a baggie .. just from popping them out of Mint sets for My fater/brother and my collections ... Thanks for the info , I gota go look into these a bit more and see if I really can sell them for 5$ a piece lol ..

Exactly .. Thats why I was suprised someone was selling them for 5$ a piece lol ..

I found someone selling a set of these mint tokens even with the plastic ones for 11$ roughly .. so , in the baggie they will stay .. once I get my nieces and nephews set's together ill throw a couple in for them to have :-)
