This tiny figure measures 20mm high and 15mm across at the wings. The pictures don't show the true color which is a nice green patina. I was told that the Roman Provincial army used eagle figures, but I would really appreciate some more information. Any opinions are very welcome. :)

My guess is that it is part of a Roman Fibula or clasp that you see of the shoulder of Roman togas.
