When the serial's that low in a first prefix I won't through it...even if it's in very circulated condition. 2003 Last prefix with a ladder radar...an awesome find. 1996 Last Prefix Test note with a ladder radar...another amazing find. A low serial 8-digit radar I found whilst on holiday in Magnetic Island a couple years ago. A nice 8-digit serial from Steele Waterman. Lots of 6's, lot's of 9's. You know where I'm heading. Turn it up, turn it up, turn it upside down!! Good luck finding one of these, yet I shouldn't that because I found it & even funnier is the fact that it's my initials. One of my favourites. Hard to get one of these. Just too hard...& expensive. A nice JC98...an amazing note, just too expensive! My lovely consecutive solid/8-digit from Downies quite a while back now. Even some more notes with too many 9's & 8's (thanks to the recent IAG auction - two with my initals again) A few stars (cause any note collection has to have a star or two) & the old-school full radars from my smallish old-school collection: Report this Post to the Staff

goatieman23 Pillar of the Community Australia 869 Posts	Posted 07/04/2012 08:23 am Hey Rob, okay, your $100 missing simultan phase on back had a serial number of: BK98851457 I'd say in EF with those two creased areas it'd be worth between $800 to $1,500 (could even go for more). Below is an example that sold a Nobles for $1,150 in UNC condition: http://www.noble.com.au/auctions/lot/?id=90475 & guess what? The serial is CE98851457 They have come from the same sheet! 1998 saw $100's only run from AA to CF, so each sheet would contain the prefixes from: AA to AM BA to BM CA to CF (32 prefixes) I wonder how many more escaped? Very interesting. I'd tear up a little of my collection for something like that. Report this Post to the Staff
