Hansen, the JC 08 $50 is'nt anything special as DA is last prefix for that year. The $100 is a Last Prefix TEST note & has quite a high value in VF & above, unfortunately I can't give you an exact grade as I find the hundreds hard to grade from scans,i think it has somethingt to do with the colour,it does look to have multiple centre folds ? but corners are sharp,it's a definite keeper though.

I recall goatieman and banknote lover posting the text notes aren really worth a premium unless theyre UNC. I hope so anyway because I had a CS96 two weeks ago and took it back to the bank.

Hi appleangel, Yes, 7 digit radars do seem to be an interesting quirk. Out of curiosity I had a rummage around ebay after my original post and did come across a couple of 7 digit radars that had been sold so, as you say, each to his own. As the above note is that closest thing I have to a radar at present I am going to hang onto it until I can find a 6 and/or 8 digit radar. I think mine is more of a chance of being a radar that this one - double radar! http://www.ebay.com/itm/Australian-...320963043845Pedro

I would have kept that note myself, mainly as I havent even found one And maybe they were talking about the general test prefixs not being a premium unless UNC. None of the 100 notes are first or last prefixs and I cant see any fancy serials.
I dont think there worth much more than face value

I just had a look at the catalogue value of the CS96. I wasnt aware it was the last prefix should not have taken that one back to the bank

The JC97 is a last prefix. It is worth a 145 in Fine in the book. I think your note might be a Fine. The JC08 is not a last prefix. So just worth face. Also you should get a mcdonalds guide. Their invaluable
