How about my questions?

I repeated your last one. Are there others still relevant in light of recent answers?

Looking back, I think that is probably the only one.
I had not read your post while I wrote asking again.
This seems like a pretty difficult problem.

Yes, I noticed there are six pairs of the letter P. Are those the word delineations? Are the other pairs relevant (EE and TT)?
Poker has more than 2 cards. Would you consider "PCP" to be "a bit better then [sic] Ace high?"

Do the pairs of PPs denote the word delineations?
Are the other pairs relevant (EE and TT)?

I have an idea, but I need to know if there are 32 letters in the final answer first.

Are there 31 characters in the answer?
That would be 1 character per complete set of "coloured 3 letter blocks".
