I said it was going to be sold out by noon. However, due to the fact it wasn't launched till 1:30pm and people were calling first thing this morning, I was only off by 3 hours.
Next coin to be sold out will be the mask and then the canopy. Most likely tomorrow evening.

Possible, that it will return for the short period of time in the first day of public release.
Hmmm...I predicted that the mask will be first.
Well, my mistake.
Canopy seems to be nice season series.
It makes association with Coloured Maple Leaf series (2001-2004 Seasons, 2005, 2006, 2007), I like these coins.
Ordered additional one Maple Canopy coin.

@jsinger21 - 100% agree. I think the canopy will sell out first then the mask.
@silveroid - It would make sense if it would be released after MC if it even will be so the public can get their shot.

Hi Silveroid,
Anyone with reps or without reps that are MC members will be calling over the next few days to see. I would be shocked if there are any returns/cancellations. I even saw the limit of 2 down from 3 to allow people to get their hands on more than 1.

The canopy vs the mask. Tough choice to see which one will sell out first. One with a lower mintage and ultra high relief with an expensive price tag or a coloured coin with a slightly higher mintage and $100 price tag. Only time will tell.

I said canopy because some people have $100 limit. Also for me 1500 mintage less is not worth $50 more.

Its not really sold out. MC reps hold a certain quantity for VIP members. This allocation may become available for public release. If you don't get yours, get to ebay now, there are still some under $200 or hope and pray it becomes available next week. |
