I believe it is a type II because of the drapery by the foot. It doesn't appear to be a recessed date so I think it was minted between 1917-1924 but can't narrow it further. Without knowing which date, it is only worth the silver value.

and like D0ubl3Eagle said for me is type 2 (like the picture) I say that because the eagle is little high with room for 3 stars... well is just my opinion, I'm not an expert...
Did you find this coin in circulation? I have a couple of them in better condition (cracked from coin sets), but I have never found one in circulation.
If you plan on selling it to a coin dealer you might get around 3 dollars. It's a no-date Standing Liberty quarter. You can't sell on this site till you got 250 post. But nice coin though. I still would like to own it :)
