I am very new to VAMs, and hopefully I got this one, the leaf was a dead giveaway, I thought. If I was partially correct and this is a Vam-28 or Vam-40 But, if not could you all help me identify, if you need more pics just ask. (In your opinion from the last 3 pictures, is it PL?

This coin is neither v28 or v40. The leaf is not re-engraved, and the mint mark doesn't look like S/S.
Post it on VAMWorld, you might get more respond.
