Received some more 1970 proof sets in the mail today and the first thing I noticed was cracking along the bottom edge of Lincoln and a small piece missing near the VDB on the Obverse. There are Two Cents with the exact same defects. Is this a lamination error? Thoughts?

Looks like a die break in that area. It is raised correct? A crack in the die would leave a raised area on the coins struck with that defect.

Thanks Coop, I changed the angle of the coin in the picture below and it is definitely raised. When I was first looking I though it was a piece of a layer missing and a crack running through a layer but that didn't make sense to me.
