Hi, I haven't been on the forum for awhile because of some recent life challenges and changes. I relocated to central NY and was wondering if anyone knows of any good coin shops or coin clubs in the Utica/Rome area? I collect mainly classic US coins and am interested in meeting fellow coin collectors and establish a rapport with a good dealer in the area.

Thanks!

The only one I know of is ONA (Onondaga Numismatics Association). They have a coin show once a month in Syracuse, NY. The next show is October 20, 2013. You can find more information at numismaster.com

The rest of the shows for 2013 are November 16 & 17 and December 15.

The November show is pretty good and has quite a few tables and dealers.

Hope this helps.

Definitely go to the Syracuse Coin Show -- you should come out of there with some leads.
