1960NYGiants: St. George + Dragon Penny PC-6D PCGS UNC details, Co313 - attempted spot removal (ex ICCS MS-63 Red no mention of problem.)
I would like to mention that I have not seen this token in person, only in pictures. So I could be wrong.
When I had seen this 1 Penny 1857 on sale last September, I was convinced that it had been cleaned +/- recently, and I found it terrible that ICCS certified it without this mention, especially in view of the sales price obtained. I brought up the subject on NumiCanada.
PCGS TrueView photos are often very misleading to form an opinion on this type of problem. But with the original photos, it jumped out at me.

And it's really a shame that this token has been so altered, because this one is really uncirculated.
So, I am really surprised that PCGS did not mention this problem on the certification.

1960NYGiants, you have a very nice one. Your token is almost uncirculated. I have about thirty certified tokens in my photo archive of this varieties, and yours on photos certainly exceeds grade EF-40. Personally, I would say between EF-45 and AU-50.
I'm glad to see that my gradation was fair enough...

That said, with all the tokens you're presenting, you must be starting to have a very nice collection. Congratulations!
I'm sorry if my English isn't perfect... I'm learning a little more every day.
