Found this in a roll. Is it a small date?

The Denver issue isn't scarce, though; their production was about evenly divided between Small and Large dates. Only the Philly Small Date is scarce.

Easy diagnostic:

The 1 and the 9 have equal height. 9 is taller on large date.
The initial loop of the 6 does not extend completely over
the lower loop.
