That is a neat find. I first read about these in a Coinage article. The man's full name is Francis Leroy Henning. When things got a little "hot" for him because of the cops he stuffed a vending machine full of planchets. Believe that was in New Jersey. The cops got really interested in that but imagine the reaction of the person who was getting change for their drink. It would have been a roller coaster . . . Jackpot and then no it's not!
