I love the fact that you guys can spot these fakes, but is there any chance that the fakes is silver?

Slim to none, I'm afraid. There isn't any point in wasting perfectly good silver on a coin that is as unconvincing as these. Modern counterfeiters only use silver for their highest-quality fakes, the ones where the numismatic premium would far outweigh the cost of the silver.

A contemporary circulating counterfeit this crude might contain silver, as their profit would accrue from using diluted silver (say, .400 or .500 fine) or perhaps Sheffield Plate (fine silver wrapped around a copper core). But the provenance and style of these pieces indicate these are modern Chinese fakes.
