It's a 10mp camera that came with the AmScope stereoscope I have. It's got some features that allow you to change things.

I still don't see a match to the known RPDs.

I received the reply from Rick Snow. He said it was a digit punch anomoly.

A very interesting coin. Did Rick get any more specific as to what you are seeing? Looks like there is a base of a "4" repunched to me with the anomaly, but I'm not the expert. Still collectible IMO and an interesting conversation piece.
