I'm sure this one's been posted here plenty of times before:
That's the revered war hero Vice-Admiral Horatio Nelson (1758-1805) on the obverse, so it is generally surmised that the ship is his HMS Victory. The issuer of this 1812 token is identified by one contemporary source as a printer-bookseller partnership in Stockton, County Durham. Withers 1590 (Not Local), Davis Yorkshire 150, VC.

My calico-toned 1811 silver shilling token from Gainsborough in Lincolnshire, England. This was issued by Samuel Sandars, a prominent local merchant and innkeeper. (Dalton 8.)
