1952 Laos 10 cents. Like the 20 cent denomination of this year (see page 3 of this thread), it was minted in Paris. With regard to that 20 cent, I have a correction, there were 3 million, not 3 thousand, struck, evidently a typo on the webpage I had originally consulted.

1993 Egypt 25 Piastres (Qirsha) Despite its relatively recent date of issue, this is shown as having been demonetized, so I wouldn't think uncirculated examples such as these should be at all uncommon.
