1952 Laos 10 cents. Like the 20 cent denomination of this year (see page 3 of this thread), it was minted in Paris. With regard to that 20 cent, I have a correction, there were 3 million, not 3 thousand, struck, evidently a typo on the webpage I had originally consulted.

1993 Egypt 25 Piastres (Qirsha)

Despite its relatively recent date of issue, this is shown as having been demonetized, so I wouldn't think uncirculated examples such as these should be at all uncommon.

2007 Philippines 5 Sentimo

A more modern example of this genre. Diminutive, just 15.5mm in diameter.

I am actually in need of a washer for my sink... Are there any coins that would work for that?

Your coin was struck at the Utrecht Mint (in Holland), with over 120 million made in that year, a large quantity unless you compare it to 1945, when these were produced by the U.S. mint in Philadelphia, Denver, and San Francisco, with those three facilities combinng for an output of over 571 million!
