I won this at an ebay auction yesterday for $24.50 and $6 shipping so I am all in at $30.50 .......... I think I did OK. Now for the questions.

I have no intention of selling or grading this coin, I bought it simply for my own collection. I am already sure that it would only grade genuine damaged if I wanted to get it graded, but I don't, and that's fine with me. I realized that before deciding to bid on it. My questions are this.

Assuming it wasn't stamped or damaged, where would you grade this as far as the definitions of the obverse and reverse devices. Looking up the variety it appears to be a BN small date large fraction I have my own opinions about what I think the grade might be and am wondering how you see it. And then this stamp. Does anyone have an idea as to who or why? Has anyone ever seen a stamp like this on a coin before?
