Awfully rough specimen. Possibly in a fire? I suppose it could be slabbed as a conversation piece anyway.   I'm not quite sure why these photos cme out showing a bluish hue to the coin - in hand it's a neutral gray. Colligo ergo sum

There is no corrosion under the date. It is a ragged clipped planchet.  |

Seriously, if you were to submit it (the risk being that someone t NGC or PCGS would laugh so hard they'd drop dead on the spot), would you want it actually graded or would (or could) you request simply a "genuine" label?
