Awfully rough specimen. Possibly in a fire? I suppose it could be slabbed as a conversation piece anyway.

I'm not quite sure why these photos cme out showing a bluish hue to the coin - in hand it's a neutral gray.

I think the corrosion under the date would hurt its value a little

There is no corrosion under the date. It is a ragged clipped planchet.

Didn't notice that at first. I'll go down to MS-69+ to be conservative. You know how tough those TPGs are!

But seriously, I'd give it VF details, everything (Net PO-1).

Seriously, if you were to submit it (the risk being that someone t NGC or PCGS would laugh so hard they'd drop dead on the spot), would you want it actually graded or would (or could) you request simply a "genuine" label?
