@Jackalope: It would be weird that Colonial Acres would specifically ban your IP address from their site. Plus, your IP address could potentially change from your provider when it is time for a renewal.
I would recommend you check your router's security settings. Maybe someone in your house has blocked the Colonial Acres domain/ip.

Quote: Maybe someone in your house has blocked the Colonial Acres domain/ip. I'm the only one in my houshold. I did a troubleshoot on my internet and security and it came back as to contact website as it's on their end which I did with no answers.

Quote: 403 - Forbidden: Access is denied. You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied. This is the exact message I'm getting and why is it only for colonial acres and no other site?

@Jackalope: That is very very odd indeed. I have a few more suggestions. At best, it would solve your problem, or at least provide some clues as to your predicament.
1. Try using incognito/privacy mode: If you're using Chrome, press CTRL-SHIFT-N to open an incognito tab. If you're using Firefox, press CTRL-SHIFT-P to open a privacy tab. Then go to Colonial Acres' website. If this works, then you probably have some sort of caching or cookie issue.
2. Download the Tor browser (google it) and go to CA's website. The Tor browser will route your traffic through their privacy network and make it appear that you're coming from a different IP address than your own. If this works, then CA might have some funny server side issues going on.

We have to resolve it here....
Basic question: which URL you try to access?
Do you try just browsing / navigating in the CA or login and do Cart related activities?

Thank-you quasarito we have success. The Tor browser worked. While the incognito/privacy mode did not. I can now get into colonial acres website. What does this mean though? Is my system at fault or is it theirs? Thank-you everyone for the help.

Looks to me that CA may have some firewall issues. I still find it hard to believe that they would specifically ban your IP address. Likely, they have banned IPs originating from your ISP, or the subnetwork you are on. Why they would do that is a mystery. It's possible some automated security rule kicked in because they may have experienced unusually high traffic from your ISP/subnetwork.

Sad thing is that they lost a good customer because no one seems to know what they are doing or are willing to listen, their response is that "it's your computer that has the problem not theirs". When this problem worsens and they start losing more customers maybe they'll listen then. Time to look for a new coin dealer, any suggestions.

Quote: Time to look for a new coin dealer, any suggestions. I would think like this: "The coin dealer isn't your friend, and you neither their friend. What we care is - to get the coin that we want, for the good price. If CA can satisfy this request - use the Tor, but still try to resolve the issue". Another suggestion: Call your Internet Provider, tech support and say "I do not see this URL using my connection". let them troubleshoot.

I understand that we're not friends but business is business, if I was selling cookies and one of my customers told me that they taste terrible I wouldn't tell them that it's their taste buds that are the problem.
Anyways the problem of using the Tor browser is they warn you not to use any recognizable patterns for the website to recognize your i.p. address, so logging in and ordering would probably be out of the question.
Like you said I called my internet providers tech support, they checked everything and told me everything is excellent, they even used their chrome browser to go to CA's website and had no problems.
So I think I have to write CA off and move on.

Finally, after days of silence, something has been posted. The same on the other forum. Looks like selling coins by Walmart caused huge turnover among the collectors... And now Black Friday. For how low the coins will be sold?
