Colonial Acres started their famous annual "12 days Christmas" sale. Today is already the Day #2.
Make sure, you don't miss a thing. This exactly the period, when you can pick up nicely discounted "first-hand" new items.

CA has still "12 Days" sales running. Nothing special today.
But they also have their Unique Deals discounts.
And... they listed 2007 Baby Proof set, for CAD 899 instead of 1000. I read carefully, in hope to fined "scuffed or scratched or something missing", but no - the set looks like in great condition.
Probably people would say, that I very greedy dad - I still not able to give this amount for the set for my kid.... (usually people will do everything for their kids).

Some very good deals by "tommygun128" https://www.ebay.com/sch/Coins-Cana...=tommygun128The only caveat is he ships to USA only. What you can do is ship to American Mailbox in Niagara Falls NY for those in the GTA. It's only $4US to pick up the package. Worth it if you're going to the states for shopping anyways.

Just received mail from the RCM: Are they really started to sell Canada Anniversary cheaper, or just "upped" the price to CAD 51 and now showing "discount" back to CAD 44? So if it really discounted, they indirectly tell to people : "Sorry if you were the first to subscribe and already bought it. There is no demand, now you could've pick it up for less".

Nothing new there Silveroid. The coins were issued as a subscription starting in 2016 for 44.95 with the case, magazine and free shipping. Individually, they are sold for 51.95. This offer has not changed since issue and the Mint has sent the same e-mail (I also received it today) at least twice before earlier in 2017. Not the start of RCM discounting old stock.

Quote:Not the start of RCM discounting old stock. It looks like the RCM is discounting old stock by bundling them.

Where from you loading the coins this day? Just looked at "bundles" in the RCM site - nothing special CC&C sales - here and there drop in price, but nothing interesting Colonial Acres - nice discounts, WOW...oh wait..."impared", "scratched", "residue", "toned" ....what to bu here? The Coin Shoppe - good drop on some coins, but looked carefully at the price of 3 of them: they initialy sold for less than mentioned. Still worth looking at.

I think Gatewest are offering the best deals. Their discounts are significant, with products that people actually want to own.
For example, the 2018 Golden Maple Leaf is only $180 (issue price $299.95).
The forgotten 1927 designs set is only $185 (issue price $269.95). And they have 700 sets (wow).
