How Far Back Can We Go? Third Edition! Ended At 1487 Waiting On 1486

1861 AUSTRIA 1 KREUZER:

I got back from a trip yesterday, so that's why I haven't posted for a few days. I spent a couple of days in Victoria, during which I visited the exhibit on gold at the Royal BC Museum, and found my first $20 note on the street.
Anyway, my computer has a virus, so it's extremely slow- but here are three pieces I'll sneak in for 1861.

I used to have a gold dollar from 1861 as well, but it was sold years ago.

1860 British Bun Penny - first year of issue. This is the earlier 1860 penny with beads rather than denticles around the rim. This particular specimen is not in great shape but has been in my collection since I was a kid and is the oldest coin I ever personally found in circulation (although my Mother once received an 1806 George III halfpenny as a penny). In fact this coin looks pretty good considering it circulated for 110 years!

Both look like altered colors, I like the dark one though!
