pattiewhack Pillar of the Community Canada 1152 Posts	Posted 02/12/2015 08:02 am Hey All, I have this old Spanish coin I need some help identifying. It's a copper coin that has been completely blackened over time. There is unfortunately a fair bit of corrosion but if you look at the non-corroded parts the condition really is spectacular. You can even see the texture of the King's hair and beard. Weight is 3.54g and size is about that of a quarter. Thanks! Report this Post to the Staff

antwerpen2306 Pillar of the Community Belgium 1194 Posts	Posted 02/12/2015 2:10 pm for me it is very difficult to recognise the coin .If so , it has to be an oord/liard with that weight.Hereby a pic of a double oord/liard of Philippe II of 1592 .
