F-12, can't say for sure, but the color makes me strongly suspect a cleaning.

I think you got the wrong date in the title.

I do agree with others ..fine details

Greysheet VG $105 Fine $125

I mention VG, because some dealers will come back a grade for details
type coins.

Also they will pay back of greysheet.

I feel a good dealer might pay $60 or $70, then put into the display case
For the $125... Most likely take less.

I could see this coin selling on ebay up to $150.

Just my opinion

I wouldn't buy it for more than 80 bucks max....cleaned...
