Located about 30 miles West of Cleveland, Oh about 10 minutes from Lake Erie, 20 minutes from The Rocky River to the East and 15 Minutes from The Vermilion River to the West which makes fishing and metal detecting very easy!!

Quote: Don't want to say who (but CT could be a clue). I found them to be 'upper classed' so and so's Very good observation! I found the Moderators there think they are Gods and are quite ridiculous in there handing out violations to people they don't like just to get them banned. I find that this Forum is great with great moderators and great people. Extremely knowledgeable people who give excellent information/advice!!

Thanks Mark and exactly what I wanted to hear! They made me miserable and I felt like I was always walking a tightrope. Glad to know this isn't like them and I've added you as my first official forum friend. Hope that's ok!

My apologies to the mods. I looked through the rules and figured political avatars were ok. I guess not at all? Oh well. You can't have everything I suppose. Disappointed but I'll live with it. Thanks for the heads up. Am I allowed to use a political avatar? I couldn't find anything in the rules saying I couldn't but now I'm a bit confused. If so, how do I upload it and install it as my avatar? Thanks!

Political discussion distracts from our mission and tends to create a hostile atmosphere. For what it is worth, I personally appreciated the photo, but I know many who would have been infuriated. With that being said, unless your political avatar is "I Like Ike," it is best to stick with coins, pets, and other less inflammatory subjects. Request your avatar here... http://www.coincommunity.com/forum/...&FORUM_ID=20Put "avatar request" in the topic title.

From NC... anyone out there from the Triad area? I heard of an active group in Charlotte. Are the groups in Greensboro and Winston Salem still active? Thanks again!!

Hello from Michigan...Starting to learn how to orgainize coins. I am starting with Wheat & Steel pennies. I figure this will give me practice, make mistakes and learn. All in preparations for the larger collection that awaits me..

I'm from the Rocky Mountains of British Columbia Canada. I have collected coins since I was a wee lad, inheriting my Grandmas collection which I sold when the price was twice the face value! Now I have my own which my kids might sell for very little when I pass them on to them.

Greetings and salutations from Teeswater Ontario Canada! I'm originally from Sault Ste Marie Ontario and have been a coin collector(on and off) for over 45 years. I do a numismatic radio show from Hanover ON and I am also a dealer in the area. I am currently working on producing a numismatic TV show as well. I look forward to participating in these forums!
