It's very important because the Chinese counterfeiters used a coin of this variety as the base coin for their slew of 1815-1828 Capped Bust quarter counterfeits. I wouldn't think it's counterfeit unless they were cranking them out in the early 60s when I bought it. Attached is close up of stars 1-3. GERMANICVS - Thanks.
