Could we see the reverse? Looks like a slight mad with no value, but we need reverse pics to be sure.

It's a slightly misaligned obverse die. Not worth anything unless the devices fall off the rim. yours is common and worth 1 cent.

On an off center strike, both sides are equally off center. A MAD (Mis Aligned Die) error happens when the hammer die is slightly mis-aligned as it strikes the planchet on the anvil die.

Then it wouldn't be a MAD John1. It would be an off center:
