At the pharmacy today, spent $9 in SBA and $5 in Pres$ for a total of $14. The cashier asked if they were "50-cent pieces." When I said they were dollar coins, they said, "I'll be right back," and came back after a minute.

$5 in Presidential dollars for raffle tickets at a coin club meeting. I won a 1993 US Mint set, which I gave to a young numismatist who was sitting at the table with me.
