Haven't posted here for a very long time. But some may know that I've completed two sets of Jefferson from circulation. I switched to penny searching mainly. Tonight opened a Nickel box with good surprise. Two V-nickels and four buffaloes. Also found a 1974-S proof coin. HH  |

Yinzi, you never cease to amaze me. I remember reading you older posts and how you found an amzing assortment of nickels in a small amount of boxes. WTG!

Yinzi, that is like the most amazing box ever!  Love seeing those old finds. Especially the V nickels! P.S. Has anyone been lucky enough to find a Shield nickel roll hunting? |

$30 and they were awesome! Got a 1948 x1 1940-s x1 A 2011 20 pence coin this really weird copper colored 1964 nickel that's underweight by nearly a quarter of a gram  And last but not least, my first buffalo! (That's not from 2005)! a 1928-S!  Pics coming soon. I promise. |

Nice finds everyone! I just finished a box, I will post results in a bit. Looked like someone sand blasted the entire box. It was a very very ugly box to go through :/

Yinzi50, May I ask what area you are in with such great luck in nickel searching? My son and I have only found three V nickels total in around 200-300 boxes. |

Slowly going through a box of nickels this week. Today was a total bust and then in one roll I found both a 1954-S and a 1948-S. I already had one of both of them but it was still exciting!
