It had a relatively high mintage 105,500,000 and a fairly low silver content (480 parts per 1000) but still an interesting WW1 coin.

I picked up a lot of these sometime ago, just getting around to giving them some attention. A few of them appear to be on the brink of Circulated/Uncirculated, but I don't know what constitutes honest wear versus strike weakness (particularly around the orb). There is a lot of interesting design elements on the obverse.

I have I believe an 1918 but not as nice a grade and has some stuff on it. A very nice looking coin though!

looks cleaned on one side because of the hairlines, thus lacking quite a bit of luster.
and the spot at 11 o'clock takes a little apeal away
so imho think its the highest AU
nice looking coin for shure

Some hairlines on the surface, otherwise detail is excellent. AU-58.

After cleaning and with such scratches, rather VF+/XF- (for sure in Poland in numismatics shops)
