OK, so I have been looking at this thing for while and I think it is a Sheldon 261. I am going by the wide date on the obverse and leaf positions (specifically the leaf & A of AMERICA) on the Rx. I am looking at other things but these two narrowed me down quickest.
What do you think?

Yes, I think you are correct - the '3' is firmly embedded in the drapery,
and all of the reverse markers are there as well.
Seems to be die state I (no sign of the arc-like die break which later develops through the date. S-261.
Rest in Peace

Thanks guys! I am suprized at total lack of the die break but I guess this variety has at least one coin without it;)

It has some issues as you can see. The green is not attractive. Still some nice detail left, IMO.

Don't tell us that green is not attractive so close to St. Patrick's Day!
