A Buffalo nickel being called a krony? I have no idea what that's supposed to mean. "Krone" (plural "Kroner") is the currency of Denmark/Turkey, but I've never heard of a Buffalo nickel called a krony.
EDIT: It turns out kronykoin is the name of the seller. He signs all of his items with "*krony*".
I believe JimR hit the nail on the head. That seller puts "Krony" in every title for visibility and for searches. You just happen to hit one for a Buffalo nickel.
