It's funny how many of these I have. I never thought to group them as "tiny coins" before.
My third smallest at 15.5mm, 1858 Half Dime, holed. Found in the clean-out pit below the pulper at a recycled newspaper plant, college summer laborer job.

Hong Kong 5c 1938 16.5mm
Netherlands 1c 1948 17.1mm
Norway 1 Ore 1910 16mm
Newfoundland 5c 1945 15.49mm (second smallest by .01mm...)
Germany 1 Pfennig 1950 16.5mm

This Fiji 1c 1982 barely squeaks in at 17.5mm. It's kept with the 1966 dime that I used for scale above. What's special about a 1966 dime you ask? (I'll pretend you asked). I was young and stupid and in 1985 at the end of a long travel Fiji was the end of the line. I spent the rest of my money because I had a flight home. Then I missed my plane and was stranded on Fiji for three days until the next flight out. A pair of Swedish travelers at the hostel took pity on me and gave me their "American money" - 11 cents. A penny and the dime pictured. So I saved the 11 cents for the story.
